TL;DR

isn't this portion supposed to be easy to read? It's confusing me currently. The whole tutorial is meant to be short and understandable, a short guide to the most important parts. Currently this portion just makes the article longer and repeating itself. I vote to remove it - SwissalpS

How should we go about translating this page? It would make life easier if we could just post a link in chat to the corresponding translation. Only Chat tutorial with explanation of channels would need translating, the rest of wiki can be English (too much work to maintain translation of all pages)
