Technic City Trains (TCT) is a railway operator in the greater Technic City area. Its authority is delegated by BuckarooBanzai to Blockhead for the purpose of building railways and stations and operating trains in the area. It has current plans to operate two lines and to co-operate with PRC to ensure any regional connections.
Services
TCT will operate two lines: The U1 metro line and S1 local train.
The U1 line will operate two kinds of services: Clockwise and anticlockwise. The stations (in clockwise order) are so far proposed with the names: Tardis, Workshop, Beach and Excavations. In Stage 2, clockwise services are proposed to stop at a new station at Technic City Harbour, which is between Excavations and Beach. Anticlockwise services will go straight from Excavations to Beach.
The S1 line will operate out of a new third terminal track at Tardis station and have a stop at Brickhouse, and later in Stage 2 at Snowy End.
Survey
A detailed survey of area protections in case BuckarooBanzai et al. need more help understanding exactly where Blockhead can't access
I was testing whether I had proper access to all the technic city train tracks, here are the results.
Starting at telemosaic that comes from spawn I walked around what I'll call the 'city loop' of track.
- No access to the junction just south of that locaton to complete it, or of the station at the telemosaic.
Going north: Technic city public workshop [944] (BuckarooBanzai) - I need access to this area or a subarea.
Continued unsuccessfully north then east then south all the way around to the point 5091,15,63 where I first have access.
Access continues until the curve that turns west with the sandstone building "Kermit Excavations Main Office", where I can't place stuff at the station.
Access picks up again just west of that station. I will need station access to do a proper job though so signals are in a sensible spot but also for station/stop tracks.
That section only works for about 15 metres before "This area is owned by BuckarooBanzai" again.. Lack of access continues all the way to the junction.
I then went west from the junction on what I'll call the 'S-Bahn'. Access to the west side of the junction was possible. Access continued until the next station at 4652,17,-293. The area for that station is Unnamed trainstation 13071] (BuckarooBanzai). Additional to area access, there is a red discotrain at that station which I would ask you to let me have access to (wagon properties), or remove the train entirely.
Access after the station worked again from 288,1,-21 (going west) and this went all the way to the end succ ssfully :)
History
TCT was founded on 23 November 2021 after Blockhead volunteered to operate trains in the area after noticing there was a decent amount of right of way already in place. Authority was quickly given to allow him to work on the railway.
