Overview
Underground City (or U-City in brief) is, as its name implies, and underground complex around 60m below the ground and which entrance portal is located near the center of A-Town. It was founded around October 2020 by TheFirDragon and others.
Directions

Settlers
You found a prospectus praising the qualities of Underground City:
"Underground City welcomes you."
"We need settlers, builders and enthusiasts to develop the city further. There's no strict rule, except respecting your neighbors and claiming decently-sized area so that all can expand at their convenience.
