  • Make planks and further sticks. So here you get your first tools of wood.

Go to a public mine and get some materials.

  • Don't dig down in mines, this way you will fall and will have hard time recovering Bones.

Get armor and a pickaxe.

Build a home with protection. A protection block is made out of 8 stone and one gold ingot, and protect an area of 11*11*11 nodes. 2 of them perfect for start home and a food source.

  • the home with wall to be safe from monsters
  • in the home protected chests to store your stuff (seeds, leaves, ore, wood,...)
  • a furnace to melt ore to ingot (melt only what need) - later use grinder to make double ingot out of ore.

Find one of public workshops and read instructions there.

Try getting some bags. They greatly expand your inventory and you will not lose items in them in case of death.

Repair tools and armor at a public workshop.
