This is a rather small public workshop ...
... but it has one benefit over the others: the machines are described, so it is good for new players.
Coordinates: -2900, 12, 2428
Direction: /spawn -> Earth -> Fruitland -> turn left (west), passing the billboard and town hall. Then enter the cobble-building entrance with the sign "PUBLIC MINE" & "PUBLIC WORKSHOP". Go down the slope, it's not far down.
Alternative: at HiFi Travelhub there is a booth with wooden posts and a big sign "Workshops" on top of it.
